The setting was convenient, right next to West Bend for the Cache Bash geocaching festival. The Mexican restaurant nearby had outstanding service and food. It was just a short walk from Burger King, and I enjoyed eating there a couple of times.

The staff were very nice and polite, took care of us during 2 days stay.

Recently renovated hotel with comfy location near the couch or hot tub area. Outstanding service, very amiable staff. Large bed and reasonably large rooms. Had good central heating, flat screen cable TV and a refrigerator. Location right by food were outstanding, and West Bend, Wisconsin.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and bedding. The AC kept the room nice and cold, and it was fairly quiet, with minimal noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. I also appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in the room, as well as a window that opened to let in fresh air.

The cleanliness of the property was a letdown. The room definitely needed a deep cleaning, and I found an old water bottle next to my bed.
